Excellent every ride pads I ride cross-country and needed every ride elbow and knee protection that was wearable without excessive discomfort. Although this pads offer significant less protection compared to the SixSixOne Rage set I own, in my opinion, they offer the compromise of less bulk and more comfort that you can wear on every ride in both cold or warm weather. Knee protection for roller derby These are exactly what I was hoping for. I wear them under my Atom knee pads for roller derby. I found 187s and Smith Scabs have too much material on the back, putting pressure in dangerous places and preventing full range of movement.
