Great Protective Gear Great Protective Gear. Selected this option for the color ( I have a white helmet) and price. I needed some type of protection as I got into longboarding and this has worked great. The only issue that is developing is that the Velcro closure (hooks) snags all over the back of the elbow and knee pads. It does not just stick to the contact patch (loops), but grabs other areas. I’m a noob to mountain biking. Wore these on 3 rides so far to give me a bit more confidence. Crashed twice with these on, both going down hill. Landing on my knees and elbows with these on felt like landing on pillows!
