Over 6 inches of adjustability. If you’re a petite adult ordering these, go with the small, even if your hands are small enough to fit into the junior wrist guards.I ordered the Junior size because I have small hands, and the product description said the knee and elbow pads were the same size in all four sets. I bought these for my 7 and 8 year olds for riding their bikes or scooters. They seem well made and sturdy. I purchased the small and it fits them okay for now but with plenty of room for them to grow, which is great. The velcro is 4 inches long on each side (fabric and grip) allowing for about 6 inches of adjustability. If you need more or less it’s easy enough to sew an extra strip on to extend it more or tighten it more. I’m anticipating many years of use before having to upgrade to the…
