Poor quality on original item, but seller sent replacement without much hassle. Updated to 3*: the seller got back to me and provided a replacement scooter after I provided photo/video documentation of the issue. Response times were typically about 24-48 hours, and once they agreed to ship the replacement it arrived just as fast as the original order, which is great. I plan to update further if this replacement holds up.Original review: Within a few weeks of use by our 8 year old, the scooter is very stiff and can hardly turn. It seems to require adjustment…
